Natural Methods includes 14 days of free set up and start up support on ALL new monitors purchased from Natural Methods Inc. commencing from the day of receipt of the product, excluding holidays and weekends.

Clients who purchased from Natural Methods before 2010 will receive free support for the duration of the life span of their fertility monitor. All clients purchasing new monitors in 2010 or later can add Help Desk to their purchase or can sign up for Help Desk service after initial purchase by using one of the links below.


Help Desk

Help Desk is an *optional service that can be selected and added to any new monitor purchase at a preferred rate when buying from any Natural Methods site.

* Who requires Help Desk? Anyone seeking technical product service support not covered by the warranty. Help Desk also offers access to additional help in dealing with infertility, irregular cycles, hormone imbalances both pre and post menopausal including estrogen dominance. Our goal is to support you with natural remedies along with the proper knowledge, so that you can successfully improve your quality of life.

Help Desk offers much more then just product support. Help Desk offers clients the opportunity to consult with expert staff regarding their personal circumstances and fertility health over one or several phone calls. This allows the client to put in to practice as well as make adjustments to their lifestyle based on what was learned from the discussion as well as resource material provided by e-mail. This can be a very helpful planning aid if working towards a special goal or event such as a wedding, or if you're planning for a pregnancy, or it may simply be to insure your health is properly supported in a natural way by your hormones as you progress towards your retirement years.

Two types of Help Desk are offered for clients who wish to transfer their services to Natural Methods.

  • Unlimited Help Desk Package: Proof of purchase required.
  • Non Dealer Help Desk Package: No proof of purchase is required.

Fertility Monitor Parts

If you require help diagnosing any technical issues please call 519-941-7008 for help. Devices with an expired warranty require Help Desk service to access help.

Lady-Comp, Baby-comp Parts such as plug, probe and internal battery are not covered by warranty. You can purchase replacements parts and services by clicking the link below or by calling our office. Battery service requires that the client send in their device. You can prepay for the service below. Upon receipt of your payment Natural Methods will e-mail to you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will also include return instructions:



Pearly Parts such as a new battery is required every 12-24 months on average. You can order and prepay for this service by clicking the link below. Only Natural Methods may change the battery in your Pearly. Opening the Pearly will VOID all warranties. Natural Methods can also retain and restore all data present in the device upon receipt. To prepay for your battery change follow the link below. Upon receipt of your payment Natural Methods will e-mail to you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will also include return instructions:



OvaCue Parts such as the vaginal and oral sensor as well as the software cord are not covered by warranty. Vaginal sensor and software is optional with your purchase of OvaCue. Purchase add on or replacement parts by clicking the link below or by calling our office:



Persona Parts such as the urine test stick refills can be purchased using the link below. To purchase using bulk discount codes on quantities of 5 or more boxes please visit LadytoBaby.com. All test sticks are factory packaged in matching sets and thus left over sticks can not used or mixed with sticks in other boxes. It is recommended to use one new box of test sticks for each new monthly menstrual cycle.



Upgrading Lady-Comp to Baby-Comp

Lady-Comp can be upgraded to Baby-Comp at any time. If you wish to order an upgrade simply complete your purchase by clicking the link below. Return shipment must be selected and paid for in advance along with the upgrade. When you send your Lady-Comp to us enclose a copy of the purchase receipt inside the box along with your device and return the unit to us at the address indicated on the bottom of the receipt. For Customs declare the item as a "Data Processing Device" and to avoid duties also mark "Canadian Goods Returned".

FREE OF CHARGE to our customers who have questions about their purchase from Natural Methods. This option is included with your purchase. To submit a question please use one of the forms found in our CONTACT US section or by clicking the link below. A CUSTOMER ID NUMBER IS REQUIRED.

IF YOUR DEVICE WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM NATURAL METHODS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED to PAY FOR HELP DESK. Please visit our SERVICE STORE for menu and pricing options. You must purchase your subscription first and provide your customer ID number when you contact us by e-mail.

When you submit an inquiry, our system will log your service request. All responses will be returned to the original address of the sender unless otherwise specified. Responses will be issued on the same day if received during regular business hours and with in 24 - 48 hours during holidays and weekends. Clients that have purchased or subscribed to Help Desk may phone for faster assistance.

Warranty Coverage and Service

All new fertility monitor purchases from Natural Methods come with either a 3 year,
2 year or 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty term varies by product:

  • Pearly - 1 Year
  • Lady-Comp - 2 Years
  • Baby-Comp - 3 Years
  • OvaCue - 1 Year
  • Persona - 1 Year
  • Bio-Self - 1 Year

Additional years of warranty may be added to your order as an option during the purchase of a new monitor. Please refer to your original PayPal sales receipt for specific details on the length of your warranty. Most warranties do not cover external attachments such as the plug and probe and on Lady-Comp, Baby-Comp and Pearly the battery is not included in the warranty, as these items are considered to be consumable parts by the manufacturer.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH YOUR DEVICE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY and contact our service department by email or telephone at 519-941-7008. The terms of the warranty require you to NOTIFY US WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DETECTING ANY FAULT. DO NOT SEND IN YOUR DEVICE WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. An RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for any item being returned to us for service or refund.
